Why is it that my boss always says, if you have a problem, you can come to me

Then when you do, she makes excuses for the lazy bastard other employees and puts the blame on me and other people.

There may be a hidden message in there.

I am sure that your boss also has "lazy bastard" colleagues that she has to work around... and she's gotten to her position somehow.

Is it possible that you are expecting her to solve your problems for you instead of learning from her how to solve the problems yourself?

And how would I solve a lazy bastard employee? @JoeyFoxx
JoeyFoxx · 51-55, M
@lucetta12 work around the lazy bastard, just as your boss has done.

It's possible. Many of us have been doing this for decades.

She hasn’t been because my boss doesn’t work with us. Why would I do her extra work? 🤔.

@lucetta12 So then, if you are so immensely talented, and if everyone else is a slacker, then it should be easy for you to find new work.

You need to pick a side. No one is going to solve this for you.

You need to read what I said again. You’re clearly just a doormat that likes being a slave.

@lucetta12 Yup. You have me all figured out.

🙄

I think you've told us where the actual problem lies.

You said it 👌🏻
