How did you change your mindset and life for the better?

Was it easy? Did it take long to see results from the beginning of your conscience effort?
Have you much more to achieve or are you able to take a break now and enjoy it?

Became homeless for four and a half months to no fault of my own after I had moved out of a living situation and had my car and identity stolen. It's definitely not been easy but it's been the worst and somehow best experience of my life it's made me a much more self-assured and confident person overall and has also made me the small things in life so much more than I have in the past.

Suddenly becoming homeless definitely wasn't a conscious effort on my part but I'm definitely still seeing changes within me, mostly for the better. It's also made me a lot more acutely aware of my character flaws which can only be a good thing, no? ☺
Not able to answer your last question yet as the results are still pending and I literally just became non-homeless about 9 days ago. Cheers and great questions. 🙏😀

Oh my God I forgot you are in New Zealand pad you're very lucky to live in such a beautiful place. Although I've never been I've watched a ton of videos and having spent a few months in Australia I can't wait to go to New Zealand next time I'm in your lovely part of the world. 😋 I really want to see Dunedin in particular!

I don't think I tried to 'change'. It makes me feel like somehow I'm not good enough already.

Most likely I just use my current mindset as a foundation and start building upon it until I'm satisfied with my results

It's a long and painful journey because your brain doesn't like.
change

I don't think it made me happy either. Sure I'm a better person now but that's it.

[c=#7700B2]being hospitalised for over a month and lots and lots of therapy. After ages it finally sunk into my head that most of my problems was due to me causing them to myself and my family was suffering due to my actions and either I can continue what I was doing and end up dead or I can try to make a better life for myself ..
