Some parts. I grew up in Bell Gardens which is part of LA but hardly had any problems really.

@LithiumDrop I lived in other parts too. I was born in Lynwood. Which is right next to Compton pretty much but then I moved to Huntington Park when I was like 7 I think and then I moved to Bell Gardens when I was 10.

No more so than NYC. Stay out of certain areas and watch all the other cars around you when driving and you'll be fine.
