What do you do?
You're walking down the street in your neighborhood late one evening. The sky is overcast and spitting, threatening rain. The wind is light, but chilly. Light from the few street lamps casts rainbow reflections on the oily pavement.
A dog walks from around the corner ahead of you into your path. It looks like a Doberman Pinscher, but larger.
The dog looks at you. It remains silent.
As you get closer, you notice that, while it has the coloring of a Doberman, that isn't fur — it's hairless skin.
Closer still, you notice that it doesn't have front paws — it has hands.
Slowly, the dog starts to rise up on its hind legs.
