What does it take for you to consider someone "famous"?

It's no secret that in recent years people have found fame by posting on Instagram, YouTube etc.

In the world of entertainment: You are famous if “someone like me” has heard of you. I’m a recluse? Hermit? In the world but not worldly? I don’t follow the masses, I’m not drawn to the news or fame because “I should” ... I’m not addicted to following who is who, and having conversations on such topics, I’m not trying to be gorgeous like a model or popular like Lady Gaga. Yet I read, I listen. And so if someone like myself, who isn’t intentionally looking for who is who, has actually heard of you then you are VERY famous because EVERYone kids, adults, strangers in lines, everywhere and of course the media are talking about you wherever... and that is how I hear about you... in passing and word of mouth...you’re in the headlines, people tell jokes about you, so when you are at your peak... if everyone is talking about you.. and I hear about you you are definitely famous! Michael Jackson, Madonna, Jordan, Swift, Bieber famous.
