Sometimes choice and sometimes rules that indoor p e should be done in bare feet. My choice was always bare foot.

For the first 9 years of my school life indoor PE was compulsory bare feet. In high school years 10, 11, 12 and 13 indoor PE footwear depended on activities but we always had some in trainers and some barefoot.
