@MarmeeMarch My area is very trendy with its clubs and restaurants and it never sleeps, but there is a high crime rate. Where there are clubs there are drugs. Although we live on the third floor with security door at street level, security cameras in each foyer and our front door and frame has been fortified. So now I do feel very safe, which gives me piece of mind when my girlfriend is home alone.

@SW-User That’s no good, is there anything you can do about it. Even though we live in an upmarket area it has a high crime rate. Fortunately we live on the third floor and the only way in is through the front door. We had to door and the frame fortified, you can’t tell by looking at it.
It’s the world we live in now.
