SW has messed up a bit

I've noticed some posts say they have like 16 comments on it but in reality only has 6-7, or seen one post that says it has 1 comment but in reality it had none

That's because the people you block or block you make their comments invisible. The comments are there--you just can't see them.

It tends to be from people commenting that have blocked you or that you blocked.

Possibly that person had blocked you. Their posts would not appear to you, but unblocked persons would see it.
