Oomph. I changed it last time this morning. I usually change it once a day, but between a select numbers of avatars. Once in a while I will add a new one, and I do use themed avatars for holidays or special occasions.

Just a couple times. I prefer to use a picture of me and most pictures of me suck, so when I get a good one, I hang onto it for a while.
