Do you have a favorite celebrity that will likely die in your lifetime?

Strange question, I know. But I’ve thought about this often, since I don’t keep up with modern entertainment. That is, most of my favorite celebrities (musicians, actors) are at least sixty years old by now. It’s pretty likely that they’ll die before me, as I’m only twenty (anything could happen, I know, but still).
I don’t think I can envision a world without Daryl Hall, Billy Joel, or Tom Selleck - for example. It’s not like I personally know them, but it’s still sad when someone you admire dies.
Again, strange question - I know. It just passes through my mind from time to time.

I've already had several...John Candy, Jimmy Stewart, Ricky Nelson, Leonard Nimoy, John Denver, Bea Arthur, Andy Griffith, Jim Henson, Michael Landon, Groucho Marks, Christopher Reeve, Robin Williams, Elvis Presley, and Don Knots just to name a few.

@KatieKatze I liked Bea Arthur on The Golden girls but I remember when she played Maude in both her own show and on All in the Family.

I liked Maude, but I could never find it anywhere online to watch. It’s been a while since I’ve checked though.

I am almost 60 and Bowie passed a few years ago. He was about 12 years older than me but did a whole lot more smoking and drugs. I do grieve knowing there will not be anything new from a person I use to be inspired from.

He already did 😭

A few...Ted Danson and Robert De Niro are both pretty likely, and Alan Rickman is already gone. And if Chester Benington taught us anything it's that anyone could go at anytime.

I’m going to see Billy Joel at Madison Square Gardens in March...

Fun fact... John Oats... Daryl Hall’s good buddy, went to my high school!!

I’ve seen Hall and Oates in concert four times so far. I’d love to see Billy Joel if he’d ever come to Ohio.
A lot of those whom I admired: Maya Angelou, Aretha Franklin, Leo McKern, Prince, Michael Jackson, Robin Williams, are already gone. One celebrity I was once certain I’d mourn was Bill Cosby. But his reputation is so damaged, the man I thought he was obviously never existed. He might as well be dead—his good name forever is. 😞

No but I miss the talented classic artists that have already left
That's what I thought when David Bowie died but life goes on.
