Do you take pics of important papers
Like appointments with your phone so that if u loose it it will be in your phone. I know I do. Not that I loose stuff often but it another safe fail.

I take pictures of my larp character sheets after each event. They're supposed to collect them all and update them for the next time, but they frequently lose them and forget to update. And it's a real pain trying to remember what skills you bought over the past few months.
