I'm currently averaging about 1800 calories per day. I usually have toast or English muffin for breakfast. I usually eat a salad, or maybe chicken taco, for lunch. For dinner, I'll eat protein (fish, pork, or chicken) with stir fry veggies and rice.

Kind of a lot, but I'm 6'3" and 175 lbs, so...
What I've changed recently is that I eat more in the morning and less later in the day. For most of my life it was the other way around and I know it's healthier this way.

1600-2000 cals a day. Usually about 30-40% protein, 30% fat, 30-40% carbs (ratios vary). It depends on how active I am on a given day.

Depends on the day but for most days of the week, I only eat one meal.

@Mona86 I eat every day, just once most days it鈥檚 around lunch time. Then I don鈥檛 eat again for 18-24 hours.
