Have you forgotten what romance feels like ...

Thinking warmly about someone, knowing that they are frequently thinking about you, and that they smile to themselves when they do ... those sweet private, even conspiratorial, moments that you both look forward to ... the warmth and connectedness of it all... connectedness, you to them, them to you, and some how it connects you both to the universe.

I've forgotten what that feels like. The connection to another, and to the cosmos. It's like I'm a particle floating in space, occasionally bumping into other particles and bouncing away, but usually not.
