Yes, I handle most of the housework in our home. It’s important to stay on task for efficiency. While I am continually trying to get better each week, one way that helps me is writing down my list of housework chores. Then, I cross them off only when completely done. This keeps me more focused and efficient. I also review my housework list with my wife/Goddess to make sure she agrees on my tasks before I begin. 😉

Just get up and do one thing at a time. Don't multi-task. What people confuse as multi-tasking, is actually task-switching and they are just doing one thing at a time.. It reduces efficiency and productivity. If you are cleaning the stove, clean the stove, worry about the floor later.
