What does it mean when someone says

Dilly dilly?
midnightrose · F Best Comment
According to dictionary.com, the origins of “dilly” are in a shortening of the word “delightful” or “delicious,” probably from the 1930s. On its own, it has come to mean “something or someone regarded as remarkable or unusual.”
@midnightrose thanks 🙂

@MasterLee could be
Maybe they mean, dilly-dally, which means to waste time, especially by being slow, or by not being able to make a decision (according to Webster).
wetncthru · F
@PhoenixPhail Or Dilly-daily?!
@wetncthru No, dilly-dally. (not daily)

It almost sounds like it's been borrowed from Italian football manager Claudio Ranieri and his Dilly-ding Dilly-dong.
