Why do I constantly self destruct

I feel I sabotage myself always. I try to do the right thing but it never works out that way. Apparently I need to love myself more. I can't do that.

Self-love can be a long process, but may not be the only thing at the root of things. You have to really answer that question truthfully if you want change.
