Mostly yes. There was a book shop that only paid me $6.00 an hour, which was shit. The minimum wage at the time was 7.25.

Not in my first job. I got a quarter of minimum wage and they kept changing the job title and spec so they could keep avoiding minimum wage.

I got paid what was agreed to during the interview, so I'd say yes.
