What were the most challenging working conditions you experienced?

There was an empty space of dirt and I was told to dig a hole, "there." As I was in the hole waist deep, I was told I dug the hole in the wrong place, it was supposed to be "over there." I filled in the hole and dug "over there" and when I was waist deep again I was told I dug the hole in the wrong place. After I filled the wrong hole in, I entered a hard boiled egg eating contest.

When I've leaded for an half year a refugee camp completely alone. Or - with other words: I've done for an half year alone the work what actually 5 employees have to do.
