If you were to be fired or promoted, what would be the most likely reasons?

My last promotion was possible because someone was fired.

Fired because they did not want to continue with the project. Promoted because they are wanting to improve the project.

Insanity....I’m retired, so there’s no sane reason why I would be fired or promoted.

Fired for a complete profanity laden meltdown.
