Thoughts on empaths?

A struggle unlike any other, Torn between what they feel and what others feel. Chaos, insanity, Neverending questions. An almost impossible trail to traverse if they don't have someone to help them.

Some of em claim to be one but their only empathetic to their own feelings or selective empathy
