Iam weirded out and i dont know what to do

I'm on this course and today this girl asked for my number and I thought there was no harm but she's been texting me non stop all day and now she's started saying things like are we friends, do I want to get to know her and do I have a bf.
I know she's into girls because she told me, I'm not a homophobe but I don't know how to handle a chick like this and she's full on.
I only just actually met and spoke to this girl for the first time today, I did see her looking at me but I thought she was just lonely and wanted to make a friend
