Is 32 + old? Cause sometimes I feel tired 😓

Well, you can pretty much expect to live at least to 70 years old, possibly even into your 90's. But even if 70 is as far as you will go, 32 isn't even half way there. But everyone has an idea of what "old" really means. To a teenager, you're old, to me at 47, you're young. To someone in their 80's or 90's, you're still almost a child. It's all in how you look at it.

The moment you're no longer in your prime, you're old. In my opinion anyway.

There are a lot of factors involved, related to how we treat ourselves. We poison our air and allow it to be so. We eat shit that if you gave another thought to you wouldn't touch. Don't really need to go on tbh.
