What surprises do you think the chancellor will bring us Brits in the budget today?

Well he's buggered isn't he.
The Conservatives [i]need[/i] to end 'austerity' but until they know what the final Brexit deal is going to cost, they can't !

So this will be the usual round of upping taxes on petrol; booze and cigarettes and take-away food. (You know....to help stem the rise in obesity and ill-health and people being able to drive to work)
Theory being as soon as a Brexit deal has been approved, there'll be [i]another[/i] budget where they can screw us all further !

The compulsory serving of asparagus at breakfast, free corsets for the under-5s, and the abolition of slavery...

Is it today?Free prescriptions for the English?Probably not!

I am not expecting to get any nice surprises
