Are these pipe bombs being posted out from the Whitehousr

Dude do you even look at the photos of them? The stamps aren't even cancelled and the postal system x-rays all packages so they would have caught them...besides looking at the photos they weren't even built right, have wires coming out of both ends. It's ridiculous.
