Should I Switch jobs from huge tech company for no-name company but better position?

So I just started working for one of the 5 largest tech companies, you’ve all heard of it. It was a pretty lateral move financially for me. Well I’m here, a manager with an office and everything at my dream place except I’m starting to realize it’s not at all what I thought it would be. I’m working 12 hour days, managing a huge team, and I have ATON of uphill battles to fight to get them where they need to be performance wise. Truth be told though I AM A SPEC in this huge worldwide company, in the grand scheme of things. There are about 80 more of me..There may in a few years be room to advance but it’s not garunteed. Other truth be told, this job has nothing to do with what I want to do career wise. I took the job because it was a match in pay working for a ridiculously huge tech giant. Well, before I switched to this company I was interviewing with a very small, non tech company except for a director of marketing and sales, totally my background and solid trajectory for what I want to do in the long run. They finally 8 freaking weeks later have slid in with a way bigger offer, and bigger title mind you.. and I’m having a lot of trouble deciding what I should do. I can’t decide if I should just keep trucking at the IT company and hope to eventually use it as a stepping stone saying “hey I worked for this ridiculous company as a manager, (not doing anything related to my background)” OR if I should take a leap and jump to this other company for ALOT more pay and career growth, better hours etc. BUT nobody has ever heard of this other company. It’s a semi national company doing something industrial (which is again still in line with my background). I’m totally stuck on leaving the other company because of how big and famous they are. what should I do ? Please would also love your experiences. Thank you so much

Didn't you literally get this job the other day?

Yep 3 weeks ago. So if I moved on I wouldn’t be able to put it on my resume at all it’s truly an odd situation. I’ve held steady jobs for the last 10 years@juiceyangel333]

@Brassm0nk3y yeah I'm just thinking you had to go through so many interviews to get the job
