Do you easily let your past go or immerse yourself in past memories?

I try to move on as much as I can. Sometimes it's difficult.

I let my past go. I used to dwell on it, but that just made me depressed. It is better to work on your future than live in the past; who you are today is much different than who you were yesterday ;)

No I ruminate

I move on.

I don't remember my past.
