What’s one of your daily goals?

To spend at least 30 minutes doing something physically active each day. I work from home, so it's easy to fall into the trap where I sit down at my desk in the morning and then stay there working until the evening. I make an effort to get out and walk the dog, do the elliptical, and/or put the gloves on and hit the heavy bag at least 30 minutes a day.

Get out of bed is number one. Then play some bass -- ideally learn a new song -- and/or work on some artwork.

Achieved some of them today. I went hiking in park I used to go as a kid.
