How was your first time trying a cigarette?

I was confused. I didn't see what was so great that people would stand out in sub zero weather during a blizzard... just to smoke.

My parents smoked merits and they smelled and tasted gross. I don't really remember trying them but I'd have been young.

I remember smoking cloves and Bidi with friends in high scho but not the first time for them.

The first time I liked a cigarette, I found these midnight dreams someone had dropped unopened in a music festival parking lot when I was 17. Flavoured cigarettes totally was a gateway for me but I never really picked up smoking, more because I prefered flavored stuff on rare occasions which gets sickening real fast.



I had the rainbow ones shortly after the midnight ones.


I loved Nat Shermans Black Hint o Mints in college.

My father was a chain smoker and he'd do a pack or two per day. Tried it once when he told me to light it up on the stove bec he couldn't find his lighter. Just one huff and oh boy, i thought id die. Lmao 😂

I was 14 & in the Philippines. All my cousins smoked, so I tried a few puffs. I kinda liked it, but I only took a few puffs here & there during that trip. Never again after that.

Smart girl. I was really drunk and all I wanted the entire night was a cigarette, I took one puff and it was nice but I didn't want anymore after that.

I smoked what I was young for a few years of and on but it was a social thing not an addiction thing so one time i just said enough.

I gagged and coughed hard because I took in too much smoke and swallowed it

I’ve had three experiences. One when I was six, another when I was eleven and once more when I was 18. They’re a thing, I guess. I feel like the only thing I liked about it... was that I wasn’t supposed to do it.

You liked it......? Really? Sincerely? First time? Why? What?

The moment I thought it wasn't bad I knew I needed to avoid them from then on. That's been quite a few years ago.

I did for a few years but gave them up almost 35 years ago

Never. I thought they smelled bad and still do.

I choked and gagged. Never tried it again.
