Has democracy failed?

I wouldn't say it has failed, not entirely, but it is being exploited and perverted by its enemies outside, and within.

Not sure about this. But in my opinion democracy did break a nation unity, the election thing lead civilian into fragmentation, people have their own opinion and hate people who support other opinion

The US is a republic, but the democratic process is under attack. The left seems to think democracy means only agreeing with them and attacking all who dont .

No, the failure is that people don't understand the difference between democracy and a constitutional republic...
