Does mutual attraction lead to a connection, or does a mutual connection create attraction?

For those tempted to straddle the fence and say both or it depends, which would you say is the better route to a relationship?

I would think that the connection first would be the better option of the two. But I don't know if that is how it really works.

A mutual attraction can lead to the connection that can lead to a relationship, but it's that connection (if it happens) that keeps the attraction alive and even strengthens it which in turn creates the foundation for a long and solid relationship/marriage. So both statements are correct, there's no way around it.

I think a mutual connection is the better route since a mutual attraction is focused on physical attraction and may cloud whether or not there is an actual connection.

For me, a mutual connection creates attraction.... not every time of course, but connection is always first.

Either way is possible? Guess it depends on the person. I'd probably be more the latter for instance.

great question... I would say mutual attraction leads to connection :)
connection is more meaningful attraction is more shallow

Most relationships start with attraction I believe

Both, but the latter feels more genuine to me.
Mutual connection...

I’d say connection would probably bring the most fulfilling relationship rather than simply attraction
