I was bullied at school by the kids and the teachers

Was bullied mostly in middle school...fortunately, it was the early 90s, long before "cyberbullying" was a thing, so at least it was only during school hours, and I was/am fortunate enough to have a supportive, caring family.

Only ever had one kid who bullied me. Only through verbal taunts. It's barely anything compared to what most people went through, but I remember it to this day.
I've never bullied anyone. But I do rather feel bad for being a silent spectator to it happening to two kids in my school. Though in hindsight I know that I didn't have the social capital to help. I was largely a loner and didn't really have anyone I could rely on to have my back if I made risky moves.
