Do you eat until you are full or almost full?

I eat but I get full easily, I don’t need to eat the whole plate

I picture the size of my tummy and then eat less than that.

Depends on my serving. Sometimes I’ll leave my food for later if I’ve become full, sometimes I’ll squeeze.

Doesn’t feel all that pleasant, sometimes I regret it... so I try to limit my servings.

I eat the average size meal. If it’s enough I don’t get hungry later if I do then I have another snack.
