I know the version of a stoner, a drunk, an acid head and J.R. "Bob" Dobbs, he of the pipe and the grin of the subGenius church. They've all been sitting in the back room of a certain adult establishment, and the college student at the desk forgets they're back there as she locks up for the night. Finding they're locked in, the pothead says: "No prob, we can just wait til morning." The drunk yells, "NAW! Let's smash down the door!" The acid-head says "Why don't we just float through the key-hole?" "Bob" grins, "Hey! Great idea!" and the others all scream as he actually shrinks to one-666,999th of his normal size (still grinning) and ZOINK! exits through the keyhole.
With a splintering of wood and a squish, Chtulhu pops up through the floorboards and yells: "Will you please KEEP IT DOWN up in that dimension??!"

@Ineverclosedoors Thank you. That's my riff on a favorite passage from Rev. Stang's first Book of the subGenius... and Stang's version is a variation on a joke my father told me long before.
