The only problem with making your own tea from scratch out of fresh ingredients

is that even using the same ingredients in the same amounts every day I've never had the same flavor tea twice, lol 🍵

I had lemon verbena tea from herbal tea bags and had it in Morocco. But the lemon verbena tea I made from my own plant did not have near the flavor of the other two.

@Stark It's the lemons. Some of them are WAY more lemony than others, lol. Although I suppose the ginger can vary also.

I have that problem with instant coffee, I go through a stage of only being able to make revolting cups of coffee.
