Americans, how often do you say/hear "darn"?

I say "darn" a lot, mostly around my family. I was brought up with respect, to never or rarely use a curse word around my family. So I say "darn" and "heck" a lot.

everytime there is a hole in your socks?

I heard it a lot, I work with a few very devout Christians
