Are you a Psychopath? Answer this question and find out! :)

It is a story about a girl.

While at the funeral of her own mother, she met a guy whom she did not know.

She thought this guy was amazing, so much her dream guy she believed him to be, that she fell in love with him there and then … A few days later, the girl killed her own sister.

[b]Question: What is her motive in killing her sister?[/b]

Why is nobody a psychopath? I'm sure I've heard this one before though, but if the story is to provide information about the motive, I can immediately perceive both the "her sister was in love with him too" and "she hoped to meet him again" motives. However, I can at once tell this NOT in fact "genuine psychological test". Little spoiler, but I guess a psychopath might have trouble seeing how the two things would be connected at all, although I seem to recall the claim is that the "meet him again" is the psychopath answer. That just means you can put yourself in the shoes of that sort of psychopath, which would make all psychologists into psychopaths.

@Sharky86 Pop psychology. I don't mind them, and they CAN be a nice brain-teaser, BUT the question claimed this is "This is a genuine psychological test." which I pointed out was bogus. It does remind me there was a recent study which suggested that there's a single question that can usually identify a narcissist: Simply ask them with a definition! But for the most part, psychologists don't use single question tests, ever, and this one has so many interpretations it doesn't even do good job in a multi-question test inventory.

@SW-User It's easy to predict that when you consider the fact people think of psychopaths as impulsive. The truth is that a psychopath wouldn't take such step unless there was no other way to meet the guy again. Which isn't provided in the question.

The guy was at the funeral because he had seen a murder and wanted to contact the family to tell them who it was. But only at the funeral did he realise one of the bereaved daughters was actually the killer. So, he told the other sister (the girl).
It was pure luck for the girl that the guy [i]was [/i]amazing and [i]was [/i]everything she believed him to be, so she was quite justified to fall in love with him. It was pure chance that he fell in love with her also.
However; the girl had idolised her mother and was so filled with rage upon hearing her sister had killed her that she killed her sister a few days later.
Fifteen-years later, when the girl was paroled for good behaviour, she found that the guy was still waiting for her, and they married.

I really hope I'm not a psychopath. I am a writer and I immediately saw a story in this 😊

Well he’s not her brother-in-law. I mean she’d know her brother-in-law wouldn’t she? So she probably needed her sister's money, or she just felt like it. I mean a sister's just a sister isn’t she? It's not like she killed her dog. I mean that would be nasty. But a sister... who cares about that... she probably looked at her funny anyway.

She saw the guy talk to her sister at the funeral...perhaps even hug her in condolence. In order to eliminate her sister from his affections, she killed her.
