Have you guys ever had a really bad trip?

Like idk how to describe it where it makes any sense. I felt like I was literally going to die. I heard my heart beating so loud and fast, my whole body felt like it was on fire, every minute that passed felt like a thousand years and at some points it’s felt like time wasn’t moving at all. I heard a voice say “are you ready to go on to your next life?” And my vision got cut into 3 places at one point. On the left was an open field, in the middle was my actual location, and on my right was my home. I think a good description to how it ended up was if you ever seen Naruto, it would be Itachis Mangekyo.
