Thank you very much. Unfortunately, even though we DO have several methods that prevents many users from creating new accounts, it is impossible for [b]any[/b] website to 100% prevent users from bypassing any filters/methods they have in place.

Not sure they could really prevent all of the other accounts, all the person has to do is create new emails to make a new account. I would say if they could block the person from their IP address, but those are easily changed as well. I think for the more sophisticated ways, not sure what they are, but guessing they are out there, probably cost too much for such a small site to implement.

Really sucks though, sorry you have to go through that. Wonder if it would be easier to not accept PM's
