Wouldn't surprise me in the least..Since I moved to the USA from the UK I've been asked innumerable times where in London I'm from (I'm from Yorkshire), and where in Europe is Scotland. I've been asked if I was sure I wasn't Irish(!), and if the channel tunnel would be filled in post Brexit...
