Did you hear about the 90 something year old lady who murdered her son?

He was in his early 70's and was trying to put her in a nursing home. Personally, I felt sorry for the old gal. Have you any thoughts on what you think should be done with her?
Where did this happen, my friend? I am curious. Likely the States. How did she kill him? I mean she was much older. Can she claim insanity? Or did she have some dementia? I want to know...
@PoetryNEmotion Here in the USA, from what I can tell, she is totally alert, independent, I guess she should have power of attorney with someone sympathetic and supportive to her living out her years in her own home.
@Coyotedave611 He likely wanted her money. Did she have money? Must be a reason for trying to force her. She murdered him though. Likely really angry and wanted revenge.
I actually haven't seen the details, however, in this country, unless she is very rich, he wouldn't have been allowed to touch much more than simple expenses for her, social services who have had to "spend her down" (buying things for her use only, the rest goes towards Federal and state funds to pay her monthly expenses. If she had a lot of money he would have financially done better letting her live at home.

She murdered someone. She deserves to be in jail.

@PoetryNEmotion Someday, he'll be someone else's "Old bag of bones" Payback or karma indeed can be a b****!
@Coyotedave611 True. I find that people who treat others like crap are mostly crap. Here and there. And Karma finds anyone's address no matter how long they live or where they disappear to...
@PoetryNEmotion Nice way to define karma hon!😁
