So Trump wants to employ 61 foreigners to work at Mar-a- Lago - why won't he employ American citizens ?

Northwest · M
I know, I know, I know! he's a hypocrite, and his supporters, as usual, will give him a pass, because, you know, Hillary's email server?
kate21 · 26-30, F
In defense of his supporters, she is not a male republican, so you can see why they’d hold a grudge and use her as an excuse even tho she’s just an ex-candidate and essentially irrelevant today. That, and their powerful stupidity. Never leave that out, can’t understand a trumpist with out that. @Northwest
@Northwest Of course they will. They are deaf, dumb and blind when it comes to Yon Great Orange One.
(waves hand) Oooh, I know this one, Alex ! "Why is Trump such a hypocrite ?"

@Northwest Loneman has been ingesting too many of the supplements that AJ sells to the gullible. 😀

@LoneMan44
But you have to look at the big picture
The 'big picture' is that Jones runs a multi million dollar scam that preys on the gullible and the paranoid. He plays them like a fiddle and they bend over and beg for more, because it's just confirmation of what they already 'knew' right?

Jones decides who and what is said by his 'staff'.. The ones who don't toe the line are out. His own forum is moderated with an iron fist...Years ago (About 20) I registered and posted a question on a thread..It asked a question of AJ about proof of what he was saying...It lasted (and I'm not making this up) five minutes. My account was removed and my IP blocked. AJ loves free speech.
Because it has been about 36 months since an American said anything even remotely courteous to President Trump. Besides, if he hires Americans that would be xenophobic.
Northwest did and transferred that responsibility to ‘everyone’ as in ‘everyone is calling out your hypocrisy.’
What I said:
I believe everyone is calling out your hypocrisy.
At that point in the conversation, otherwise known as context, by any objective person, the commentators were responding to the following statement of yours:
Because it has been about 36 months since an American said anything even remotely courteous to President Trump.
You blamed the entire nation, for not being nice to President grab them by the pussy. And now, you're blaming me, for pointing out the obvious. Here's a hint:

@Northwest I know you’re smart and good with language. So am I.

You can score as many points as you like, because I’m not even in the game. If you can read my original answer as blaming the American populace for anything, then it does not matter what I write, you will translate it for your own purposes.

I wrote: (President Trump wants to hire foreigners) because it’s been about 36 months since an American has said anything remotely courteous to President Trump.

I did not say
‘Although he deserves courteous treatment’ or
‘Since he is so polite I can’t understand why’ or ‘why are they so mean when he’s such a stellar fellow.’

I know a great many people who are never more shocked than when they are treated the way they treat others.

President Trump is NOT courteous. He is NOT polite. He is NOT sensitive. I never claimed that he was or that he should be treated differently. I only offered that as a possible reason responding to the OP’s question.

Because of my audacity in stating a simple truth without modifiers or excuses, I now stand accused of hypocrisy.
I can live with that. The sting of an accusation hurts in proportion to its accuracy. I’m fine.

I am also finished with this conversation, not because you, Northwest, have stunned and silenced me with your clever throwing of a dictionary, but because there is absolutely no point to discussing it further. It’s a waste of words, both yours and mine.

I am disengaging and will not respond further because when I have a discussion I prefer conversation, not political placards.
I know you’re smart and good with language. So am I.
It's not really about one's opinion of themselves, it's about how others perceive them.
You can score as many points as you like
And, here you go again, making false assumptions. Disagreeing with you, appears to be a game. It's not.
because I’m not even in the game
Weird that you would call it a game. It's not to me. Our country is at the most critical crossroads, since the civil war, and you think of it as a game.
If you can read
As in, if I don't read it the same way you do, then I'm wrong. Nice.
as blaming the American populace for anything
That would be your own spin, but you insist this is what I meant.
it does not matter what I write, you will translate it for your own purposes.
But, in reality, what you write does matter, and I am not inventing things you did not write.
I wrote: (President Trump wants to hire foreigners) because it’s been about 36 months since an American has said anything remotely courteous to President Trump.
Right, this is exactly what you wrote.
I did not say
‘Although he deserves courteous treatment’ or
‘Since he is so polite I can’t understand why’ or ‘why are they so mean when he’s such a stellar fellow.’
And I claimed you said any of these things? You may notice, that my response was to your statement. Never mind that the "any American" is patently fabricated. All you have to do is watch Fox, or read SW for that matter.
I know a great many people who are never more shocked than when they are treated the way they treat others.
and within the context of my response, this statement of yours, and $4.50, will buy you an iced mocachino.
President Trump is NOT courteous. He is NOT polite. He is NOT sensitive. I never claimed that he was or that he should be treated differently.
And, once more, this is not even remotely related to my response, or what you accused me of.
I only offered that as a possible reason responding to the OP’s question.

Because of my audacity in stating a simple truth without modifiers or excuses, I now stand accused of hypocrisy.
I can live with that. The sting of an accusation hurts in proportion to its accuracy. I’m fine.
I'm incapable of responding to this, because I can't find a meme of the world's tiniest violin, played by the world's tiniest violin player.
I am also finished with this conversation,
Sure.
not because you, Northwest, have stunned and silenced me with your clever throwing of a dictionary,
Again, my apologies. I can't find a meme for the tiniest violin. It seems as if this accusation of silencing, is only in your head. For most, it's called a conversation on an open forum, you chose to participate in.
but because there is absolutely no point to discussing it further. It’s a waste of words, both yours and mine.
Because of Hillary's email. Benghazi. Build the wall; who's going to pay for it?No more nuclear threat from North Korea. No collusion. Who cares about "Me Too," family values, volunteering, or the truth for that matter. Gooooo trump! Ivanka!
@bijouxbroussard But... I thought America didn't do sarcasm??? At least few get British sarcasm, anyway!!! 🤣
@HootyTheNightOwl Oh, we do sarcasm indeed. But online it's always easy to miss. 😉

Americans want ridiculous things like not having their wages stolen and not working 16 hour days. No wonder we’re all so fat!
Wonder what jobs he's giving them that he couldn't have given to an American citizen???
It's called Hypocrisy.Arriving Thursday.Can't wait...
