I finally messaged my roommate or whatever u call her

That has lived at my house for 2.5 yrs that it's time to fibd anither place. I feel excited cause it's been on my mind for maybe a month and a half more so just sayin away at me. So it hasn't happened yet and now wondering how quick he will be on this like the room she stays in...first of all she has a dog and most people don't allow pets and then her dog had 9 puppies five days ago so this will be kinda on my mind also. And she has not on her day off cared to start cleaning that room when that was brought up and no rent paid his entire time.. so will see how this goes.. but as a few people said.. maybe a eviction notice will have to do. Maybe Monday I should pick one up and say hey I figured this is the proper way to do it...not make it seem I am doing it like she is gonna stay here as long as it takes to find a place...idk...this shit sucks how I can't get my point across... speaking of point across she says because she works 8-9+ hours a day 5 times a week on her feet she is exhausted and barely has time to do what she needs let alone wants I didn't answer to that but ok people who work jobs dont get out of takin care of business at home plus she has days off and doesn't utilize her time for taking care of business was she goes off and does other stuff...but I am happy for the first step I asked o to find another place.

You could be proactive and get some boxes and set them in her room and also find some ads and print them out for her when you give her the eviction notice. Also you could contact the humane society and make arrangements for the puppies when they are ready.
Sorry it’s a lot of work for you but if you want her out, make a few more steps!!

Good luck and sorry you have a shitty roommate. I dealt with the same shit!

@waleskinder yeah that's my worries...why maybe a proper eviction notice from county clerk's office will help that
