Death is normal
People will come and people will go.
Grief of that persons absence is heavy but bittersweet.

I feel immense grief all the time at small trivial things.
Usually when someone I care about does pass another part of my brain comes into play and at that point I don’t feel anything.
what's your philosophy of life?

@Intissima if you're interested in that kind of philosophy then try the book 'meditations' by marcus aurelius

A quote from the book
Meditate upon what you ought to be in body and soul when death overtakes you; meditate on the brevity of life, and the measureless gulf of eternity behind it and before, and upon the frailty of everything material.
@marcusaurelius thank you I will check this out. 🤗
