What do you do in order to get a good night's sleep?

Are there any methods or things that you do when you are struggling to sleep?

When the mind won’t shut off, give it something pleasant to do. I like to design my dream house or imagine myself further along this journey and in a happier place, but you can relive happy times, plan a vacation, design your perfect day, etc. For me, it relaxes mind and body and off I drift.

Shower and brush my teeth before bed. Turn the fan on to drown out excess noise. Worse case scenario I put on 'The Lion the Witch and Wardrobe' softly on tv with its brightness turned way low and the sleep mode on. I'm usually out before they even find the cupboard.
