ive not been able to sleep well. anyone else?

sleep now to me feels like a disorder rather than insomnia ;-) I mean a society that promotes being unaware for 8 hours a day?

Yeah, i haven't been sleeping well for the past month or so. I don't even remember the last time I did really.

Happens to me when I am feeling like I might not be able to live up to people's expectations, especially when starting a new job.

Me too was up all night on here last night wasn't worth it
