@RemovedUsername634280 I suffer from light insomnia. I usually fall asleep around 1am.

When I was antidepressants I would sit up all night. I watched so much Netflix so so so much Netflix.

@RemovedUsername634280 I take a sleep aid called Trazadone. It helps. It's not a heavy sleep pill.
