Why do some people cancel plans at the last minute??

unless there’s a really legit/emergency reason, it’s only inconsiderate and selfish people who don’t value other people’s time who do shit like that

She did contact you though in the end from what I read here... Wait until you have a friend so unreliable, they make plans, and when they cancel them they don't even contact.

It could be a genuine emergency. I wait to see if a pattern seems to emerge, address it with them...if it happens again? No more plans are made. 🤷

Because they are needy and like to emphasise their importance is one reason. Fk em go do it anyway.
