I'm sunburnt:( will coconut oil help???

Its supposed to have lots of cool uses.

👍 I use the green gel, kept in the refrigerator or in a cooler on ice, it is Excellent for other types of burns also.

Sunburn is usually red, stings and hot to the touch.

Coconut oil is a conductor of heat.
To cease the inflamation I would not think using coconut oil (in the first instance) but perhaps it would be ok after the initual sting and heat out of it.

Best bet wrap/drape some cold wet cloth strips or a wet towel on it 🤕. This will help take the heat out and stop the inflamation.

Aloe vera is also excellent for sunburn. A cooling natural healing gel.

Chamomile lotion is best for sunburn as far as I know.
