Do you believe in the power of hypnosis ??

I believe in the power of self hypnosis. I’ve used it successfully for pain management.

I think there is some power to it. That's why I don't like it.

All hypnosis is self hypnosis and requires the full cooperation of the subject for any positive,permanent change(s) to take place i.e. wanting to quit smoking for example and no one can be made to do anything against their moral values.

I think some people are susceptible to it. Others not.
