The royal family are of German origin anyway so I don't see why the non-UK aspect of Harry's marriage would be an issue.

She has a crazy family life too, what with the half siblings using the press to attack her. At least with the Duchess of Cambridge, her siblings were momentarily embarrassing, but did not attack her in the press. Although, "Queen Carole" came with the package, so perhaps there's something to be said for estrangement.
